Victorias City Water District (VCWD), will undertake a Small Value Procurement for the Supply and Delivery of C.Y. 2022 National Women’s Month Advocacy T-shirt in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.

Interested suppliers are required to submit their valid and current Mayor’s Permit, PhilGEPS Registration Certificate, Price Quotation Form (Annex “A”), Statement of Compliance, and Schedule of Requirements.
Award of contract shall be made to the lowest quotation, which complies with the minimum description as stated above and other terms and conditions stated in the price quotation form.
Any interlineations, erasures or overwriting shall be valid only if they are signed or initialed by the bidder or his/her duly authorized representative/s.
Submission of the quotation and eligibility documents is on or before 12:00 P.M. of February 24, 2022 at the Victorias City Water District. Place all documents in a properly labeled and sealed envelope. You may also send your quotation through email at [email protected] for this procurement.
