VICTORIAS CITY WATER DISTRICT GOES DIGITAL

VCWD has partnered with G-Xchange Inc. (GCash) to accept cashless payments, enabling registered GCash account holders to pay their bills using the GCash. The partnership aims to streamline payment processes and enhance customer experience. Mayor Javier Miguel Benitez and VCWD General Manager Engr. Abraham De Dios Jr. highlighted the importance of digital development for improving the quality of life in Victorias. The initiative is part of the city’s broader push toward digital connectivity and new ways of conducting business. The ceremonial signing of the agreement was attended by various local officials and representatives from G-Xchange Inc.

45TH PAWD NATIONAL CONVENTION

The Victorias City Water District (VCWD) marked a significant milestone as it participated in the 45th PAWD National Convention at the SMX Convention Center in Davao City. The event was a testament to the district’s commitment to excellence and its dedication to providing quality water services to the community. During the convention, VCWD’s General Manager, Engr. Abraham de Dios Jr., was reappointed as Vice-President for the Visayas region, a well-deserved recognition of his leadership and expertise in the field. This achievement not only honors the district but also reinforces its mission to continuously improve and provide sustainable water solutions to the people of Victorias City.

Victorias City Water District marked its 45th anniversary on September 12, 2023, celebrating decades of dedicated service to the community. The anniversary event was a festive gathering, bringing together distinguished guests, including local officials, staff members, and long-standing supporters of the water district. 5th PAWD CONVERGENCE CELEBRATING THE 50TH ANNIVERSARY
